Sengbe Reg CF Portal LLC, which operates as Kingvest, is a SEC and FINRA regulated Reg CF Crowdfunding Portal. In compliance with regulatory requirements, we wish to inform you, as part of the process of establishing your investor account on our platform, about the manner in which we, as an intermediary, are compensated in connection with the offerings and sales of securities under Section 4(a)(6) of the Securities Act (15 U.S.C. 77d(a)(6)).

• Additional Services and Fees: Occasionally, we may offer additional services for which we might charge fees, separate from the offering and sale of securities. These services and any associated fees will be disclosed to you as they arise.
• Disclosure of Specific Fees: For each specific offering that you consider investing in, we will provide detailed information about the exact nature and amount of compensation we receive in connection with that offering.
